Football & suspensions are pretty simple. If you don't have a swing at anyone, it's pretty hard to get more than a 1 or 2 match suspension. But ego's get in the way, people lose their cool & then get upset they've been given a lengthy break. Further to that - discipline is as much controlled...

So disappointing.. Whites div 4 could have gone undefeated & still finished 2nd. Uni SA however gave us a belting on the final day of the year...

Where's it being played? Pembroke should hope for a big pitch & run them off their legs (if they can).
Windsor have some bloody good players though, seem to be able to score at will..

Immanuel & Rostrevor both had good seasons! 2 titles each. Well done to both clubs.

Not sure how close things are in 1B, but in Div 4 Sacred heart have 1 hand on the title, only needing a draw against battlers Mount Barker, whilst the Uni Whites play Uni SA, who would probably have been fighting for the title themselves. Uni White's & Sacred Heart div 4 cannot quite be Invincibles this year. Both have had a cup loss.. But undefeated in the league would still be nice.

Wow.. They were in 2nd in Div 4 (1 game off top). That's really set the cat amongst the pigeons!

I agree... Whoever the best team is in Div 2, goes up to Div 1. If there's a bye, so be it.

Mind you - we should also be doing something to make these clubs 2 team clubs.. It does make scheduling easier.

They don't belong in Div 3... Div 2 champs last year.. Need to be in Div 1.
