Are we having a CSL "State" team this year? Think even if we dont we could pick an a side and they could be presented with something....

Any nominations so far? There would be a few from Windsor, but not sure you could pick lower grade players as they would be picked on rep only.

Yes Windsor are a great team, probably the best team ever to a part of the Collegiate Soccer League, but rules are rules. Maybe if there a enough to go round we should make it compulsory or them be allocated. I am seeing the level of abuse increasing due to incompetant linesman. Makes the ref's job a hellava lot harder.

Just a thought for next season. Is it all possible to perhaps have FFSA linseman appointed? Seems that a lot of the abuse that is creeping into matches is a direct result of poor officiating by club linesman which in turn angers spectators and players who take it out on the ref. Big win by Mercedes over SHOC, opens up a gap at the top. Heard they scored in last few minutes. A bit over half way, what is everyones thoughts on the first half of season? Best team played? Predictions on who will win the league?

could it be down to 4 teams at this early stage? Unley and ROCs seem to be off the boil.

They have beaten a couple of those sides tho? My mail is the French connection isnt staying the full season however

Why dont the CSL adopt a finals system? I understand timing may be an issue, but surely you could have the first couple of rounds of the cup before the season starts. It will give a lot more interest to the League by having a top 5 or 4 finals system.
