You cant protest against Windsor and forfeit as its not their fault that they are in Div 3 still.

However I am sure the Windsor would be happy this week if Mt Barker did forfeit.

FFSA has let down the league on this one in regards to Burton. My contact from Rostrevor told me there was no chance that this game would go ahead over a month ago. Windsor should have definately gone up. Joined them up on fixtures only with a another team. Eg Windsor 2A / Pultney 3rd team as 2B. League said no and then they do the same with Simba and Regency.
