Uni SA are trying to arrange night games at Magill, but I do not know whether they've actually checked if the lights are up to competition standard.

I think the fixtures were amended by Dino to have Uni SA's A and B games vs SHOC under lights at Magill in the 2nd half of the season.

One or two years ago there was an issue with FFSA referees turning down FFSA or CSL games in order to referee SAASL games for more money. Referee fees in the CSL have not been increased in the interim. I do not know, but I wonder whether that is a factor. If we accept that there is a limited supply ...

I think the draw will be on Thursday 27 June as I believe there
will be a delegates' meeting that evening.

Teams from the same club are not allowed to play one another in the Cup
until it is unavoidable. At the draw a team will go back into the hat if it is drawn against
a team from its own club.

The FFSA Disciplinary Committee heard the matter tonight. A 3-0 win was awarded to Pembroke. The Uni SA player admitted the offence and received a 5 match ban with one week suspended. Some more information may be published by FFSA or the CSL but I won't say anything further about it on the forum.

The timing of the cancellation is clearly the main problem. The other issue is that I think this is not the first time that FFSA has cancelled the use of its facilities by CSL teams. Has anyone else with an iPhone attempted to use it to update results and add line ups but been unable to do so? I can enter all the details but when I hit "update" it doesn't work.
