I thought the league was going to be harsh on these this year? We had several such challenges in our match on Saturday and the Ref didn't even bat a eyelid. Do the refs even get briefed by the league?

Can't see Rostrevor in the top 3 to be honest, too unpredictable in the last few years. Grads Red to be the dark horse but may struggle with consistency. If Sacred Heart keep their recruits from last year they will be top 2 with Mercedes. Will be very close from 3rd through to 8th this year I imagine!

Couldn't make either of the matches, but apparently both good hit-outs.

We (scotch) have only one team this season, being 2A. Windsor also have a team in 2A. We've been paired up with a team from Pembroke and Unley who will effectively play as a 2B team for each of us but won't be affiliated in any way.

I assume they'll be released on Monday at the season launch

Windsor looked very sluggish all game, had some fair chunks of possession but looked pretty ineffective in attack. Missing players perhaps? Unley ran a lot harder and had more attacking chances.

Windsor would be matched up with someone or the 2B would have a bye when playing Windsor. Can't see a bye working, what if there are multiple 1 team teams in the league? Had a guy named Kenny on the weekend. Must say he was probably the best ref we've had all season.
