Despite the Rostrevor/Windsor saga, it seems there were some very good/close results over the weekend. Noticed Rostrevor (1A) v Windsor (3) game was forfeited with Rostrevor progressing to Round 3.

Can anyone provide light what happened and/or the reason behind the decision?

Yeah, at least three Div. 3 & 4 teams will progress to the next round out of potentially nine! The next Round of draw could see the Div. 3 & 4 teams face another and/or a higher division being heavily favourite to progress to the Quarter-Finals.
