How different is Windsor Gardens being too good for their division from other teams who have ex A graders dropping to their C or D teams (Mercedes? Grads Reds?) due to work and life commitments and stuffing teams week in week out?

Sorry, but good teams should always play where they belong. I agree but also, this is a league where many are playing in because they can't train and/or commit too much time. Just look at Div 3 and Div 4 with Rostrevor and Grads Red stacking their teams with players who could still put in more than...

Going by the overwhelming non response, clearly many are not interested in such an award.

I do think that Fairplay should be recognised though. There are way too many teams that get overly aggressive for amateur football.

One of the best players the Whites have had in recent years was Vincent Berne, one of the French imports.

Composure, strong in the air, excellent balance and vision, very good finisher and dribbler and above all an absolute gent and very humble.
