Mt Barker are playing the first postponed catch up game this weekend which is the Pulteney game . The CSL has forced these games to go ahead and MBUSC are happy to oblige . We will be very stretched with the number of players away but will fulfill our obligations

pulteney have been knocking back all our offers to play these games in midweek or the 27th for some reason. we have it locked in for the 10th . For some reason they are not interested in playing midweek while 3 of our teams have been twice down to sawsa park to have the games called off.

or the tuesdays

game is not being played on the 27th or the 29 it will be wed 31st or 7 aug as soon as the two clubs agree which one. The original game was not called off due to a waterlogged pitch it was because no ref turned up..

one reason why we did not play this fixture Ross is that the last time we played at this ground the ref sent off 3 players and said that he should of called the game off We thought that it would of been a much better option to have 3 officials to control the game and as we never even got one to canc...

I simply cannot understand why the ref did not show up for such an important game ,a 1/4 final in the cup . There was one allocated and we also requested 2 linesmen that didnt show either .

unfortunatly due to the weather the friday game has been moved to saturday on cornerstone college . much better surface and drainage .Only 2 against Immanuel but important games with Mt Barker unbeaten in 6 now
