Referees/Match Sanction for Pre-Season Games

Has anyone had any luck arranging referees and the sanctioning of pre-season matches with the FFSA? I've sent a few emails to different people and haven't received any responses...

Stephen Toth is the person from FFSA to contact this year regarding requests for referees.
