is the draw random coz it doesnt look like it, they way they have done it looks stoopid coz the next round is gonna knock out half of the div 1 teams????

It's completely random - out of a hat. Actually the only part that isn't random is that you can't play a team from your own club until there's no other option (eg semis, final).

And that's why it's so good - any team can get to the final!

Even so, there are only 2 out of 16 matches that involve two 1A sides... so, not sure what you're getting at...
