I've heard rumours of board members stepping down in 2019, so I was thinking there should be some incentive for them to stick around.
I propose that there should be some token remuneration for those on the executive committee; less of a payment, but more of a thank you for the effort put in. This has worked well for our committee at the Uni Whites.
Perhaps 10-15k apportioned to the board each year? This would still be far cheaper than being run by the FFSA.
