Glad that Mt Barker are enoying life in the CSL, Cruie. By all accounts the CSL is very happy to have you guys on board too; you're always represented at delegates meetings and one of your guys has even volunteered to moderate this forum. Having said that, I'm yet to have to play an 11am game at Mount Barker, so maybe I should reserve judgment until then ... :D

I agree that provisional membership for the first year is a good way to limit the damage if a new club does prove to be a serious problem. But in any event the CSL has the power to take any measures it deems necessary if any club, old or new, doesn't adhere to requirements.

If we end up with too many teams or clubs wanting to be in the CSL then at least we can be satisfied that it's a desirable competition to participate in. It'll be a good problem to have.
