ROCSC Coaching Position 2014

Gee, you guys go through so many coaches through the years, is it a hard gig it Rocs

On average 1st team coaches stay for 2 years so its not that bad. The club wanted the coach to stay on but he cant commit. Work / family etc. Many coaches also want to play or are on committees doing plenty anyway.

Its getting tougher to get coaches / refs / people to help.

So Rostrevor needs 5 coaches next year. The club will be lucky to have 5 appliacants across all teams. Its not easy.

Rostrevor should go after Ross from Pembroke. Championship coach.

James Kelly should be internally promoted, did wonders with the mighty fighting fives this year
