On Line Team stats

Quick question.... Is there anything being done about the teams who don't enter their stats each weekend or is it just a fine for not texting results in??
Also... are the on line entries a formal team or is the match day sheet the only reference document??
I notice a few teams still don't fill the stats in on a regular basis (some never!!) and there are a couple of discrepancies between match day sheets and online entries......
I have had to change a couiplef my own clubs line ups from time to time when incorrectly entered but would like to check the requirement for accuraccy beyond the obvious interest / statistical data that we can all use!
