2 big games, 2 ends of the table.

Thursday 27th Aug - Grads Blue - 4pts - 10th v Pulteney - 5pts - 9th. 815pm Uni Grounds.

This is a big game for these 2 clubs. Bottom of the table clash to try to avoid relegation.

Who ever wins this game might just avoid relegation.

Even though these teams have struggled this year Its great that the will basically play in grand final to decide where the sit in 2016.

Friday 28th Aug - Rostrevor - 37pts - 1st v Grads Red - 29pts - 2nd. 845pm Burton

Grads Red need to win to keep their season a live. Easier said then done.

If Rostrevor can win this game then the are just about there.

Vey difficult to tip this game after both teams had a week off.

Grads Red will also be after revenge after losing the 1st game 2-1.

Rostrevor, be ready.

Definitely the game of the round. If you have nothing to do get down to Burton on Friday night.

Rostrevor v Grads Red in 1B starts at 7pm. Also 2 teams playing for the title.

Big Night at Burton.

The title is essentially Rostrevor's - tomorrow night will be to determine whether they can finish the season off as 'Invincibles'!

Rostrevor need 5 more points to seal the title (probably only 4, given their goal difference). They are very likely to do that, but looking at their remaining games they play 5 of the top 7 teams. If they were to drop points in their next two games and Grads Red and Mt Barker keep winning it could get exciting. It's a long shot, I know.

If Rostrevor win the league and Windsor win the cup and both go undefeated in the league then I think the super cup should be played at the end of this season. The division 1 invincibles vs the division 3 invincibles.

Rostrevor will pick the title up with no trouble....
Grads Red will be a good game but they will pip them by the odd goal and then it becomes irrelevant what happens after that quite honestly!!
Like the idea of the Super Cup ending the season rather than opening it....It pits the teams on the seasons form as opposed to potentially different teams / fitness etc at the start....
Windsor to win the cup??? Not sure and it will be a corker of a game :)

Dash rip rock was on the money. Rostrevor by that odd goal. 1-0 final.
Rostrevor could be champions today if Unley can get a win or draw v Mt Barker.
We will find out at the end of the day.

MB took Unley to pieces in the other top game from what I saw....
Another week before Rostrevor can officially claim the title but its a done deal and well deserved.....

Few rocs players were watching hoping for an Unley upset but Mt B put an end to that quick smart.

Well done to Rostrevor on a league title. Back to Back and very well deserved!!!

Great tussle for runners up between Mt.Barker, Grads Red and Pembroke who have also had a great solid season.

Mt.Barker have had a good season from last years league form. From 3rd bottom last year to top 4 this year etc.. Although they were solid the 2nd half of last season and were Cup Winners too.

Unley have gone the other way... Runners up last year and beaten finalists in the cup, to 3rd bottom this year.

Cant see Grads Blue staying, so good luck to you for next year and might be back in 2017. A few new teams are coming into the CSL next year, so things are hotting up for a stronger and competitive league in years ahead. Some SAASL teams by all accounts......

That's it.
