It’ll be great to see Cabra join. Hopefully others that have left rethink about coming back (such as Flinders & PAC) plus the other old collegiate clubs that Interista mentioned would be fantastic for the league.

I really like the idea of changing the name to ‘FFSA Amateur League’ – aligning the word ‘football’ with the national/international usage to the world game. However, I believe the name should be used for all divisions (the league as a whole/not separated). The rebranding will really help the image of the league to grow and be more attractive to other Clubs.

Massive news for SA Football.

The SAASL are now affiliated under the FFSA. This will no doubt help expand the current leagues and create an avenue for SAASL Clubs to enter the FFA Cup (Prelim Rounds).
