Experience or fitness ?
Ideally you need both experience and fitness. With Pembroke having beaten Rostrevor it will give them confidence going into the game. They have nothing to loose and their leaders will need to lead well.
2004 AFL grand final. Brisbane v Power. Brisbane going for their 4th title. It was experience v the young and fit. The Power got that one.
I watched the last cup final Windsor was in and on that day the experience didnt win either.
Then you have had some highly experienced and ageing Italian teams win the World Cup.
Its all on the day. How are players going to handle it. That is the beauty of sport.
Both teams can win tomorrow.
I am actually excited about this game. A good match up to end season 2015.
