1A Title - 2 horse race

Looking at the results & Unley drew with Sacred Heart this week to all but end Sacred Heart's title aspirations.
With 3 games to go Pembroke are now 1 point clear of Mercedes & Sacred Heart are a further game behind.
Mercedes certainly have the easiest run home - Scotch, Rostrevor & the Blacks - really only Rostrevor should challenge them.
Pembroke have 2 relatively easy games, but must face Sacred Heart - in a match that they MUST WIN if they want to keep the title.
Whilst Sacred Heart have the toughest run - facing Uni White (away), Pembroke & then Rostrevor.
Going to be a nail biting end of season - that big Pembroke v Sacred Heart game is the key. I think if it ends in a draw, Mercedes will go on & win the league, but if Pembroke win that, they should be home.

Good to see a different league winner (assuming they beat Immanuel), a tight race for first, and some new teams in the top 4.

Congrats to Pembroke for winning it even with a draw against Sacred Heart. Rostrevor proved to be the thorn in Mercedes side (perhaps gaining a little revenge for losing the title on the last saturday of the season last year).
