I've had a bit of a look on a Samsung and an iPhone - and have come up with some possible changes:

1. Add links to "Manage Lineups" and "Update Results" to the dashboard (the login page) - so there is only 1 click to get there.
2. Lineups: Change red card dropdown to a checkbox, OR
3. Lineups: Change red/yellow dropdowns to a single dropdown containing: Y,YY,YR,R.
4. Results: reduce size of goals fields
5. Lineups & Results: remove unnecessary information (ie. date, round etc)
6. Increase speed of pages - seem slow...?

I could also do the following, but I don't think it will make it easier:

• Change player lookup to be a text based search
• Change yellows/goals to be text entry rather than dropdown.

Any thoughts on these? Agree/disagree? (Please reference numbers above when commenting). Or am I missing what is difficult?

Thanks Joe. I think that your number 3 and 6 ideas would be good, if possible.

I've done # 1, 3, 4 and 5. I'll look into #6 next (speed of pages).
